Another great stay!

The condo was perfect ~ with a ski-in/ski-out to Bridge run off to Moose Mountain with easy access. The team was very responsive with welcoming us and also attending to any of our needs that came up! Highly recommend and would rent here again in a heartbeat! Kids LOVED the pool and easy access to it!

We loved our stay at 115A! The dishwasher was finicky and the bunk beds are in bad need of tightening, but everything else was just right. Thank you!

We had a few issues with the stay at Lutsen. Shortly after check-in we noticed the fire suppression system was leaking. Service came in relative short order and mentioned this was a serious issue and additional service teams would be needed to address. The management team was able to relocate us to another unit so we wouldn't be bothered with the investigation. The new unit was nicer than the previous unit. During the 2nd full day of our stay we received an additional alert that there was a water main break and we had to leave; this applied to everyone staying there. We were told a credit would be issued for terminating our stay early. While we received some funds back, it wasn't the full amount for the equivalent of an extra night. In the end we ended up paying a premium for a shortened vacation. At least the North Shore was beautiful for the time we had there.
